Preston Spire Named to Ad Age’s Best Places to Work for Second Year in a Row

Preston Spire, Minneapolis’ independently-owned “Good Wins” agency that emphasizes purpose-driven work and collaboration, has for the second year in a row been named to Ad Age’s Best Places to Work, one of the advertising industry’s most prestigious honors. The 2025 ranking awards 50 companies that lead in factors ranging from pay and benefits to corporate culture and leadership. Preston Spire ranked third in Ad Age’s list of companies with up to 150 employees — a significant jump from its 18th ranking in 2024.

Ad Age selects its honorees through a scoring system that surveys responses from employees as well as questionnaire responses.
