Jennifer fully embraces her role as a woman in advertising, with a vision to take Preston Kelly into a higher level of strategy, digital and social involvement. She has played a leading role in reshaping the agency’s values and, along with partner Chris Preston, recently championed a newly unveiled ethos – “Good Wins” – which speaks to the belief that brands will win by creating experiences that are welcome in people’s lives.

Preston Kelly benefits from Jennifer’s experience as well as her leadership style. She promotes a collaborative work environment where people can do their best in balance with the rest of their life. She is a hands-on leader, involving herself in not just issues at the top, but in the everyday work and lives of those who surround her. She knows that developing a personal relationship with everyone at Preston Kelly empowers them to be their best, and fosters a demonstrably collaborative culture. Having spent 25 years in the ad industry, Jennifer is keenly aware that promoting diverse ideas and perspectives leads to groundbreaking work.

Jennifer also cares deeply about serving the community. She has joined the Board of Directors for The BrandLab and will be serving on their Growth Committee. The BrandLab is a local organization aiming to change the face and voice of the marketing industry by introducing, guiding and preparing students for careers in marketing and advertising. She is also joining the Minnesota Film & Television Board of Directors, a non-profit film commission that advances Minnesota’s economy and enhances its robust cultural environment by promoting and supporting the state’s production industry.

Congrats to Jennifer and all of the 2019 Women in Business honorees!
