Preston Kelly is one of Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s “2020 Best Places to Work,” making the advertising agency a three-time winner. The 22nd annual award recognizes 65 outstanding workplaces of various sizes across the Twin Cities business community, with Preston Kelly ranking #9 in the “small” company category.
“We have been evolving as an agency based on doing good for our team members, our community and our clients,” said Jennifer Spire, CEO and Partner of Preston Kelly. “This culture not only creates marketing that is positive and welcome in people’s lives, it is stimulating to work on. Supporting a positive, dynamic and inclusive culture will continue to be a priority for our agency, and we are grateful to our team for their continued passion and dedication in making Preston Kelly the kind of place where we all want to work.”
Winners are selected based on the results of an employee survey that ranks companies on workplace topics, including communication and leadership. Preston Kelly scored 94.1493 to nab the 9th spot on this year’s small company list.
Preston Kelly is recognized for its unique benefits and culture, including offering team members an unlimited vacation policy, a 100% paid parental leave policy, an employee stock ownership plan and free family memberships to the YMCA (see this spotlight article from Minneapolis/St.Paul Business Journal for more). In light of COVID-19, the agency has revised its work-from-home policy to reflect the effects of the changing workplace, and to prioritize the safety of employees.
Congratulations to all of the 2020 “Best Places to Work” honorees!
