The Webby Awards Crafted with Code goes behind the scenes to look at how Preston Spire’s Break Your Bias website came to be

Break Your Bias, a collaboration between Preston Spire and YMCA of the North, is an online experience that encourages people to dismantle their internal biases by challenging their mental models. Today, we are proud to announce it is one of only three websites to be highlighted in The Webby Awards Crafted with Code.

Crafted with Code is a collaborative showcase presented by The Webby Awards and WP Engine, highlighting Webby-recognized websites and the inspiring stories behind the project builds. 

As a Webby Award Finalist, Break Your Bias is in the top 12% of all work entered this year, out of 14,000 entries.  The additional recognition in Crafted with Code further emphasizes the care and craft Preston Spire put behind this important cause. Breaking internal biases is a long-term commitment, and an imperative step to help people live respectfully together. This honor provides an opportunity for even more people to access the experience and begin their own process of identifying and breaking down their biases.
